Burn out is a condition of excessive stress at work. Both physically, mentally and emotionally. This condition is often characterized by a feeling of fatigue and negative feelings at work.

For Cathy, taking a break from work is important even if only temporarily. For example, by playing with Cathy’s two children, Jacob Gabriel Kusuma and Carla Kusuma

“The way I deal with burn out is a lot, but my number one when I go home is definitely playing with children. It must be like a therapy. Immediately laugh, smile. Children have very positive energy. So when we spend time with humans -More positive people who love us so much are like our glasses are fulfilled again, “ said Cathy.

It can not be denied, that food can indeed improve one’s mood . Likewise for Cathy, this senior model revealed that an easy way to deal with burn out feelings is by eating. “Food is the source of my happiness,” explained Cathy.

In addition, if you really burn out Cathy admits that the presence of her close friends can be very helpful. He also does me time sessions when the pressure is too high.

If you look at her social media accounts, the owner of the full name Catherine Sharon Gasnier really looks like she really enjoys traveling . In fact, Cathy admitted that she often did this method when she was burnt out. 

“You have to escape from work, even if it’s only temporarily, but you need to have a time out. Get away from work a little bit. So that the energy can come back then we have more energy to get back to work,”  Cathy concluded.
